Capt is looking very streamlined. And Peter, store your flour in the freezer (if you can) and you will not have a weavel problem in the future.

My husband and I would love to spend a week on board, but outside of a surgical level of sedation, I would be sick the whole time and if I was awake I would be complaining about the heat and the humidity! Hahaha in truth, like many sailors in this heat, we're mostly naked. It's a question of how many clothes to put on for the camera 😅

Thanks on the accent, ha ha. It's the King's English, dear ;-) The flag is the local flag from Guna Yala, Panama. We were asked to fly it to mark the day of their revolution, but it sure did raise a lot of questions...
