This Crystal Kiss is probably one of the most intimidated and the best kiss scenes in the history of anime. And I have seen loads of anime and I didn't care much about kiss scenes in them. But this... this is, perfect!
It's a good thing they've gone back to the old looks in the new films in the franchise, in Crystal the girls didn't even look like schoolgirls, they looked older.
The one thing from crystal that is 37 millions times better than the original. Ever since I was a kid watching the 90s anime, I always wanted them to kiss but it didn't happen. Finally, it happened.
The original was really blan but still really good I like the original bc of the fact that there was more to it and it wasn't just crammed into like 10 episodes skipping threw storys like crystal but crystal has some pretty good stuff like diamond kidnapping and the kiss was lit just wish they'd of added that to the original I'm finding they don't really add much kiss scenes especially one like that in the originals 🤤but he got wayyy hotter in crystal but like uranus's power is lit too so much power in her vocals now and real question is are they still trynna make em be cousins bc that keeps changing?

This scene is a joke, in my opinion I prefer the old one because it looked more like a superhero cartoon in which the characters' personalities were developed! I watched Sailor Moon Eternal and honestly it was the only time I watched it, I know it's "more faithful to the manga", the positive thing is that they came back with the look we know ... But ... I don't know, the story lacked salt I just realized that the comments here are about the mediocre Usagi x Demande ship
In the original one they made tuxedo mask so useless just throwing roses but in the crystal one he can use power and actually fight hand to hand which I was glad. They show more usagi and mamoru's relationship while they fight to save the world.
I prefer the 90s as it’s more likely for a 14 years old to react that way to a man she never met trying to kiss her, plus the emotions and vibrant colors look better to me
I'm currently watching SM (the org) and I like the dark tone and the old animation. But I've seen some comparasion between both versions and despite like much more the org, some scenes from Crystal looks much more intimidating which is cool. Still, every time I look to Usagi's face in Crystal, I get scared because she does not look like a 14 years old girl and that freeks me out! BTW, name of the song?
FIfty Shades of Grey's version of Beyonce's Crazy in Love sung by another artist. The Great Gatsby with Leonardo DiCaprio as Gabsty has another rendition of the song. Both are nice twists.
I absolutely hate the kiss in the manga and even in crystal one of the worst kissing scenes ever and screw demande as a character that tries to steal usagi from mamoru
I prefer the old version, the songs are iconic and there are lots of dramatic scenes... I didn't even have a reaction when the Sailor Sodiers died in the final act of the first season of Sailor Moon Crystal...:/
Why didn’t they show Demande kissing Usagi in the 90’s original, I just don’t understand. I know it’s different from the manga. But still kind of an odd change. What if by some strange chance that that kiss was to be vital later on in the Black Moon story, then what would the anime do?!?! XD
I like the original bc of the fact that it has more and it's not all crammed into like 10 episodes plus I love the oringal English voices not the new tacky ones they got out just wish they'd of added some of the crystal to the original like the kiss between usagi and diamond
What I don’t get is how dare usagi reject him like demande is so much better than mamoru I get they were past lovers but that was in the fricking past man get over him and go with demande that was a much better way to defeat wiseman
