The counterclockwise for Neptune's glyph was probably due to Neptune's Great Dark Spot. Supposedly, the Great Dark Spot storm spins counterclockwise; however, the planet itself rotates clockwise. *But if you think about it, the Planet Uranus rotates counterclockwise so the animators should've also made Uranus' glyph spin counterclockwise as well. La de Saturno no existe en español latino porque la transformació no apareció en el anime solo en un juego de playstation si no me equivoco.
