Being in the animation industry myself, there's definitely a very sketchy side to it in terms of big corporations under paying works and not sometimes even treating them like human beings. It's a bit different for me because I am more involved in the South African animation and have no idea what it's like for other countries, So far the company I work for has just been the best and they are kind of like a second family for me and have been always very generous in terms of payment, wishing all my fellow animators the best, keep up the amazing work and make sure you know what your works worth and don't sell yourself cheap 😁✌

Umm, you are talking about the problematic aspect of Naru x Nephrite's love story. However, the thing is, Nephrite clearly dies at the end of the arc, so the series CLEARLY paints it as a relationship that is unstustainable on a long run, and I also felt like that the series clearly acknowledges that it is a creepy and problematic relationship. To me it felt more like a warning to teenage girls "don't fall for older guys, they are probably shady in some way and will break your heart"

as a rei stan i love that she comes off strong in the beginning because i feel her so hard 😭 i don't ever mean to be rude but i'm very blunt and really relate to her character at times

This is a great video, I hope you end up doing the other seasons because if you do, you definitely have me as a viewer! I’m glad you mentioned a lot of the problems in this season because it does feel like sometimes they do things just to make the story longer, but despite that I still love this version of Sailor Moon!

Sailor moon was the first anime i ever watched. Was a kid back then, i think it was 1998 or so, i my self was born 1993. Realy loved it.

I would love to see more rankings of sailor moon, can you rank the sailor senshi and villains in a video?

I just watched first 10 episodes and I don't know what was I expecting from this show but it wasn't this.

I'd rather go back to sailor moon days in 1991 than live in a world where you get cancelled for sneezing too loud. It must be unfortunate putting the 1990s in a culture different from yours under a microscope 30 years later and therefore not liking much of the content. Cant like your own childhood because you subscribe to wanting to cancel a completely different cultures media from decades ago. Otherwise many scores would have been higher. Oh well. I haven't seen it in forever I need to rewatch
