Great advice from Philiip Neri. Worth pondering and following throughout for young, adult and old alike. 1. Flee from bad company 2. Do not pamper the body with dainty food 3. Escape idleness 4. Offer frequent prayers 5. Go often to sacraments, especially confession Ave Maria!!!

I so love St. Philip Neri, thank you for sharing this. I don't know what mission I have for our parish but hearing the last part of this video gives my heart to find confidence in God and Our Lady. Either it is, or it isn't. "Sounds like" is extremely subjective. And the phrase is most decidedly not blasphemous in any way, shape, or form. Stick to facts and real problems. The world is full of real blasphemies, so it would be best to go and fight those.
