What do I think about this house? Are you kidding me. This house is what dreams are made of. The staging is everything and more. Every house on your channel are dream homes. Each on is different but very impressive. It's like choosing which one will be Miss America.
I would build that floor to get a huge second floor and i dont need a formal dining area so that i would turn into a quite space were you can read a book or just relax... And of course a infinty pool and bbq outside..... Very nice home with great options
Hello Joe, yes my little castle on the lake. The stone walls on the ground floor and the smooth surface in the upper area make the house look like this. In addition, there is the small entrance tower that looks like a castle keep. This makes it look very harmonious. Yes, a formal living / dining room has something. There is space in the house and at the same time a place to retreat when I want to read, or listen music. Of course, the main room with the gallery / catwalk is a nice size. A continuous upper window front would look even better. A pool in the backjard area would be very nice ... I like the masterbed. however, the bathroom seems somehow sterile. No bathtub, just the long shower. I love it when the bathroom exudes a homely feeling ... relax, feel good, light a few candles and leave the day behind in the tub. Yes, I know, complain at a high level. The bedrooms on the 1st floor are well done with plenty of space. However, I would rather convert the last bedroom into a loft in order to got a nice cozy living area again ..... All in all a great house and for me my little bit of dreaming on Sunday afternoon.
