It’s true the name MANNISH WATER is traditionally used in Jamaican cuisines but technically every island makes the similar dish. That A.I. Voice Called it mannish water on here but in reality in st. Lucia we don’t call it that at all. We call ours Bouillon pronounced (bou-yon). We have never used the term mannish water in st. Lucia.
