My personal favorite interpretation. The violinist is incredible and spreads so much emotion while maintaining clarity. The piano fits in perfectly and magnifies the experience. Even though it seems to me that he desperately tried to create eye contact at the beginning lol.
@@k_silentstorm9611 Yes, if you're talking about the one he uploaded en youtube. It"s fantastic and the violin part is interpreted in an interesting and soothing way. Sadly I believe the rendition is not perfect since both violin and piano part were not recorded simultaneously and this negatively affects the whole piece. I'd be very happy to hear him play this with another pianist and a good audio, if you have a link or a reference !
<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="103">1:43</a>-<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="153">2:33</a> This is my favorite part. The part where the piano matched with the violin and becomes a masterpiece
I don't know why i find this funny, but I love how in the description they had to specify which of the names plays which instrument like no duh I thought the middle-age Asian woman was named Simon Lane
It's been quite a while since I've heard this piece and I legit teared up. Just absolutely stunning. Those double stops and that insane power she had driving her bow into those low notes. Just unf. so good. Plus all those runs. Like lordddd. And the glissando (probably more than one... but one speicifc one almost brought me to my knees ahaha). Like I wanted to just cry more lol. There's a bit of a Danse Macabre vibe too. Love this so much! ♥
OMG!! Who can hear the piano dancing with violen between <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="460">7:40</a> and <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="495">8:15</a> especially at <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="473">7:53</a> ?
Are you sure you're reacting to the right comment? Nobody was mentioning anime, and personally I think this interpretation is superior to the one in Your Lie In April.
***** I was actually refering to the guy that answered to this comment. It is usual to see comments of people saying "it is too fast" or "too slow" or "too loud" on videos that show a piece that appeared in Your Lie in April, and I bet this guy is one of them. They just think only the way it was plaed in the anime is right, and the others are just playing it wrong. They dont know the meaning of interpretation.
I thought he was pointing out that it was "ridiculously fast" as a compliment, meaning that the performers are very talented. Like seeing Valentina Lisitsa play the 3rd part of Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata and saying that it's ridiculously fast, as a good thing.
