Consider the perspective of the viewer when filming; angles, focus, how slow you have to pass over the pices in order to be actually seen, especially the small pieces. The naked eye can pic up and process much more info. When in cameraman mode the samexrukes are not aplicable anymore. Cuting from the film the transfer time from one vendor to another, by pausing the filming would be helpful also, otherwise it feels like watching a body cam video from a dog.
