I broke my left ankle in December 2020. My very first broken bone. I was in tears 😭 that mess HURT. I’m still in physical therapy now. It’s getting much better the more you work out and use your ankle more. Sending love, good vibes, and healing your way. You got this 🥰
I broke my arm just before my daughters first birthday. Was the most painful thing I have ever experienced (besides labour) I couldn’t move my arm and made my own homemade sling. Took 2 weeks for surgery. In that time I still had to do everything for my daughter with one arm but I didn’t trust myself giving her a bath just incase so waited for her dad to get home from work and bathe her. You have a new found appreciation for your capabilities.
My best friend broke her foot and the doctors really gave her no hope (she’s a cheerleader) but ceraadi is right y’all can do whatever y’all put your mind to don’t let these haters tell y’all different Love y’all ceraadi ❤️❤️
In fall of 2016, I also broke my left ankle being a clumsy girl in my junior year of college. I can still remember all the pain I went through when I had to crutch around campus, every night when I went to sleep, and it was not cute. The coldness hitting my ankle was not fun either. All my prayers are with you for a speedy recovery 🙏❤😘 tho.
Omg Sayir😩 i broke my ankle on 7/14/20 right b4 summer vacation. Had surgery and now have a plate and 6 screws..i too am a dancer and i was devastated at first 😭BUT GOD! I was back on my feet 9/8/20. Started rehabbing in the gym everyday ..the funny thing is the ankle felt good and strong but all the strength in my foot and toes was gonel..like i couldn't stand on my tippy toes or stand on one leg...so that was my focus in the gym everyday ..ffwd to now, I'll be back to teaching my first dance class this Sat since the pandemic and I'm so thankful to GOD I can still do it! My students don't even know I've had an injury! You will bounce back and dancing again no doubt! 😘💓🙏🙏💪....love tall man "OK" is still my jam

I feel you girl. I snapped my leg last Mother’s Day in a motorcycle accident. I snapped both leg bones and a piece off my ankle itself. 5 screws and a plate later life is okay!! You’ll heal fast queen. Keep positive and keep pippin’ nothing can hold a strong woman down!!!
Girl, that weather telling thing is legit. I was in an accident and it triggered arthritis in my knees. I can tell when there will be a drop in temperature and forecast any form of precipitation (rain, sleet, flurries, snow) lmao. Word of Advice: Have muscle rub nearby whenever you're touring in states with colder climates. Stay safe! All the best with your recovery hun! God bless.
you got this saiyr keep your head up. I broke my ankle at the end of December and got surgery on January. Its been a very difficult time I cried a lot and became very depressed. I am doing much better now going to start therapy soon. Finally able to drive 😬😬😬

I'm recovering from extensive knee surgery and a broke tibia. I have 2 screws in my tibia now.. I know your pain.. rest up and get better soon.. love you guys

I had surgery 3 years ago I didn't exactly break a bone but it was fractured and I have five screws and a total of 24 stitches dat shit hurt I was so scared to walk again I felt so off balance but I had physical therapy and here I am all better doing things I was able to do before but better I'VE MISSED Y'ALL SO MUCHHH LITERALLY MY FAVORITE SISTER DUO ON RU-vid!?!!?!?!❤❤❤❤❤🤪🤪🤪🤪
Crazy shit! I broke my ankle feb 19 roller skating. Girl my ankle did the same shit but my bone came out they rushed my ass into emergency surgery. Sleeping is hell. Stay strong queen 👑
broke my ankle the same exact way will never skate again i tried recently and had a panic attack broke in 3 places and the skate kept everything in place and luckily no surgery but i hope you have a speedy recovery beautiful ❤️🥺
I never broke a bone , but I did read my ACL and meniscus . It will be two years in November since I had my surgery . When I tell you that was the worst pain of my life . I don’t recommend . 😭🥺
Thanks so much for posting this, girl! Very informative. I'm actually getting surgery soon, too. I am wondering if you could explain more about what it was like to get put to sleep? This is the part that freaks me out!! Like, what does it feel like? How do they do it? What does it feel like when they put the stuff in, like do you get sleepy or is more like wide awake to instantly out? Could you have fought it and stayed awake if you would have tried or was it impossible? Lol. Basically whatever you remember about that part would be helpful. Thanks so much!
I broke my ring finger on my left hand. Didn't go to the hospital for about a week because my pain tolerance is so high (definitely was in pain) I didn't know it was broken... even though all you had to do was look at it. I ended up having 5 screws put in it and having to do rehab. A little further and the bones would've punctured the skin.
I’ve never really broke a bone which I’m grateful for but I partially tore my calf muscle( which I didn’t know was possible) while running track. That was the end of that sport for me
Hopefully you still doing good❤️❤️. I myself never had surgery, but I have broken my wrist 3 times (2 Right, 1 Left) and dislocated my Left knee 3 times as well. I rarely ever asked for help either.
I pray for a healthy recovery. As far as the drug cocktail they give I’ve had that before when I had open heart surgery. That cocktail is something else ain’t it Lolol
Stitches? Girl I had stables back when I broke my right ankle from skating in 2019😩 and boy them thangs hurt and I broke all bones in my ankle but one which was hanging on by a thread. I don’t wish this on anyone😭. And they had to go in three ways on my ankle so I have 3 beautiful scars lol
I’m having surgery when I’m 12 because one is longer than the other and 9 now, so I have 3 years left actually 3 1/2 years 9 1/2 years old because I’ll be turning 10 this year so that’s devastating.
