It is not even the DOJ who initiated the investigation (or what they call interference). It so happened that Isias Samson, and sought for help as individual who happens to allegedly experience violations of his right as a human. So what did the DOJ do? Of course, they could not just snub a person who seeks justice because his rights were trampled.The state is not interfering with how INC conducts church affairs. The state is interfering because there are irregularities within their church that could be against the laws of the land. I don’t see any violation of the principle of separation of church and state. Iglesia ni Cristo is not being discriminated because of their religion, but rather it is only being investigated for possible involvement in criminal activity. The right to freedom to have a religion does not grant immunity from the effects of the law. All of us have the right for due process. No one should be deprived of that and that is what most of them didn’t have taken into consideration before going into the streets. Heck, I have this feeling that most of the people there don’t even understand why they are there. Like most cults, they just obey their leaders and followed blindly. I say that they are a cult because they behave like one. They are not being persecuted actually. That is just how they only interpret it. And if this case would be just left with the Church Administration, even from this very moment I could already foresee biases that could happen. At least, when it will take place on the court of law, each panel will be equally represented. I remember, on an interview with their spokesperson. He mentioned that Justice Secretary Delima should have asked them if all these allegations were true before pursuing the case. But as far as I know, that’s not how the law works. It sounds like the government should ask them permission before taking a criminal case, which was filed by a group of people. The defense does not take place by just a mere interview, but by conducting a deep investigation. And that happens on trial process/ deliberation. If they have not done anything wrong at all then why don’t they just keep on pursuing their defense in the court of law, and not through this massive movement (which is ironic since I’ve heard from a member that they are not allowed to join a protest or rallies) where they caused massive inconvenience to many people, What they are doing is almost akin to terrorism, if you can excuse the term. Now I see some member carrying some placard about them following the law of god first before following the law of man. I find it funny because next to the guy carrying it was a guy carrying a placard that says the government should obey the separation of church and state. If people justifies such claims that god’s laws are above the laws of the land, then they should prove first that their god is the only one god that exist, or that their god is superior to the gods of other religions and should be given special attention to; or that these god’s laws were expressed to be clearly superior than the existing laws. Anyway, doesn’t 1 Corinthians 2:11 say that no man, including Manalo, will know the will of god? Anyway, it is clear they are not asking for justice, but rather special privilege. Ngayon, sa punto ba na hindi dapat pakialaman ng Estado ang kalakaran sa loob ng Iglesia Ni Cristo kahit na ito ay lumalabag na sa batas ay nararapat ba? Bagamat may sariling alituntunin na sinusunod ang INC sa loob ng kanilang Iglesia, --kapag ito ay mayroon nang paglabag sa batas ay may karapatan ang Estado na makialam upang ibestigahan ang may sala. Ang hindi pagtalima ng Pamahalaan sa pamamagitan ng DOJ sa pagtanggap sa nasabing reklamo ay nangagahulugang tahasang pagtanggi sa mandato nito at walang karapatang tawaging Deparment of Justice sapagkat may kinikilingan ito at hindi patas.

Sa Palagay ko ay hindi nga magkakaintindihan ang Pamahalaan at ang sektang relihiyong Iglesia Ni Cristo --sapagkat ang itinayong sekta ng INC kung tutusin, ay hindi para sa sanlibutang ito --kaya't may sarili silang pamahalaan at ekslusibong pamamaraan kung paano lulutasin ang mga bagay bagay sa loob nang kanilang Iglesia. Maging ang Iglesia Katolika ay mayroon ding sariling pamahalaan na nasa Vatican sapagkat ayaw nitong sila ay pinaghihimasukan ng Estado. Ang usaping kriminal na idinulog ng Familia Samson sa DOJ upang maimbestigahan ay labag sa alituntunin ng INC. Ngunit datapwat ay lumalabas ang katotohanan na hindi sapat o kulang ang mga patakarang ipinasusunod ng INC sa loob ng kanilang Iglesia sapagkat hindi alam ng mga kaanib nito ang mga panuntunan ng INC at bagkos ay lumabas pa ang mga ito upang magreklamo sa ibang entity --ang DOJ.

I was a catholic by birth ,my forefathers hold offices in catholic church for many years until now , Some of my relatives are Adventist ,born again Christian , Mormons , name it , some distant relatives are in INC too , and Muslims and Hindus .I practiced Spiritualism too and Courses of Miracles but never been an Atheist.! Just like many others, I am in a journey , a seeker and a believer ! Am not alone in this situation , there are millions of Us! For now I practice Buddhism because that's where I am at peace . I have tried many doors and practice the good teachings of each religion as my guidance in living a healthy and peaceful life! That is my choice! I do not persecute or insult those that are not in my religion , because I understand that every one needs religion as their guidance in this life. Whatever you believe it's your choice ! As long as you do not endanger yourself and do not be a menace to the people around you. !
Another thing I don't care if they buy a most expensive car or anything they want to use as we are not concern. We are more concern to be able to worship God!! Just remember everyone answers to God! Let them answer to the creator. Only God can judge so think about it haters. What's your concern if the church will spend the money!! We offer that and they can do whatever!! It's offered freely and as our heart wants. So for those outside stop to be so much concern about money. There are a lot you can do to help others than attending to what the members are doing and where the money goes. I would want our leaders to not look shabby. So mind your own business. I have not seen much from the government improvements for the Philippines and cannot even unite people for a good cause. If you are haters because members follow the church they are in then I will say this.." They are still better off than you are as you don't even know how to be obedient." It's none of your business who the members will follow and none of your business if members contribute or do an offering. It's none of your business to audit the church as that is the right of the members. At least we see some nice buildings being built and we know that money is being used. Did the government has built any nice buildings at least? So mind your own business cause we don't care what you call the church. Yan ang problema, ginagamit nya power nya para gipitin ang INC hoping na mahawakan nya sa leeg ang INC para sa pagtakbo nya sa senado. Tama ka batas ay batas. Kaya di nya dapat haluan ng pulitika. Yan ang dahilan kaya may protesta, hindi para ibasura ang kaso. Kaya nga nakapagtataka at special treatment ginagawa nya sa kasong eto. Yong ibang kasong napaka importante wala ng parang bula.

i believe that everyone has the right to profess ones faith or belief. It's true that the state and the church are seperated in function. It is the sole right of the government to investigate ones a complaint has been made however it is also the right of ones sect to keep its congregation intact for they have their own head to lead controversies within their organization. The head of the church is the father of the family. He exercises duties in giving discipline to his children. He is responsible in rectifying refracted actions and to lead them straightaway. However, he has limitations to deprive his supremacy. For instance, he cannot slap his wife or his children violently. The state is ambiguous what happening inside the family since the complaint is coming from its family member. What should the government do if the member allegedly accusing for abuse and violation? I strong give credence to the government that everyone is not exempted for legal scrutiny and liability. There is nation's law that all of us must follow. Question arises if a problem occurs and investigation happen for problem's solution.
