Check this out! The first upgrade and mod we have done to our Sakura D5S!
Honestly, when I first got this chassis, I really thought I would be doing a host of upgrades to it very quickly...but it just WORKS! Straight out of the box, the car drifts great. I have been very hesitant to actually change anything!
Then, I kept seeing these 3D printed parts Adrian from Mutiny Mfg was creating (Facebook post: / 3506739909373215 .
For $40 - it was a LOT of parts, including this upright shock mod.
Curiosity got the better of me, so decided to try it.
In this video, I install the front shock tower and relocate the shocks.
Honestly, the part fit great, really cleans up the overall chassis, and I believe actually helps the shocks work better!
Stay tuned, as we have more parts to install and test on our chassis!
