That has actually happened to families. My dad told me that when he was in high school, there were two girls in his class who were always hanging out together, and he thought they were related due to similar appearances. He actually asked them if they were sisters or cousins. They told him that they were aunt and niece. His reaction was, huh?
Nodoka is like a cross between Midori and Kotaro from School Babysitters. She's cute little baby like Midori but also calm and loves her big brother like Kotaro.
It reminds me of how my aunt got pregnant 5 years ago at the age of 50; sadly the kid did not stood inside her for long enough. That's a signal of a very healthy relationship right there.

It happens man. One of my great grandfathers was born when his mother was 50. This was back in the early 1900s so it's not just a modern era thing that allows for this to happen.

@@partyrock4144 yeah, there were cons of having child as an elder. But, as long as the parent love and take care of their child then it's not a problem. We did have a worse scenario like ophans that just abandoned by their young parent.

It was his dad's fault. He purposefully headed off any messages to or from Shinichi so that he wouldn't come back to visit. He did this so that he and his wife could get frisky more often, make Nodoka and then spend time just the 3 of them without Shinichi. His dad is kind of a tool.
@@Thatgamer117 The dad is in fact, an ass. However he does have some good advice regarding Uzaki and Shinichi's relationship and what he needs to do about it. So I'll give the dad a 55/100; he is an ass, but he does care about Shinichi being happy.

I can imagine seeing a later chapter/episode in the series, where we see Uzaki and Sakurai together with Nodoka, and someone starts thinking she's their kid, the typical anime/manga misunderstanding cliché
