Sakuyamon: Miko Mode VS Xros Heart!! | Digimon Card Game: BT-10 Xros Encounter Wars (FINAL ROUND) 

At the centre of the Forest Resort Zone is a lofty mountain known as Cloudbreak Peak. Unfittingly inhospitable with its near-vertical cliffs, it is typically avoided by the Resort's residents and visitors. Legend has it that in ancient times, a powerful Tamer climbed to the mountain's peak to commune with AncientIrismon, summoning her to join the other Ten Legendary Warriors in the First War. With the invaders foiled and the locals (and tourists) appeased, Xros Heart is enjoying a brief getaway-cum-training camp up the mountain spurred by Taiki's curiosity in the legend. Perhaps they might find some relics of that ancient encounter? As they reach the summit, Taiki unconsciously lets out a gasp at the sheer wonder of the view racing away from them in all directions. They could even see the Net Ocean from here! Shoutmon: Taiki. Taiki: Yeah? Shoutmon: I'm definitely going to become the Digimon King. So that all the Digimon in this world can live in peace. Taiki (nodding): Yeah, you will. I- no, we'll make it happen. Shoutmon: //grins ???: You must be the one who fought off most of the invaders? //Taiki and Shoutmon turn around, prepared to battle, only to see a girl approach them, accompanied by a tall, fox-like Digimon. Taiki: You are? Rika: The name's Rika. I happened to be travelling in the area when those Bagra Army goons invaded. Taiki: Oh no, really? But you seem to be fine, so that's great! Rika: Your name is Taiki, right? I need a favour from you. (//Rika whips out her D-Ark and deck case) Fight me. Taiki: Huh? Why!? Rika: I need to become stronger, and I can sense that fighting you will help me reach that goal. You have a dream too, don't you? Both you and that red Digimon, a reason to become stronger. Taiki (exchanges a glance and a nod with Shoutmon): Alright, you got it. We'll take you on with all the power we currently have! Rika (smiling): Perfect. Taiki: SHOUTMON! BALLISTAMON! DORULUMON! STARMONZ! SPARROWMON! BEELZEMON! DIGIXROS!! Rika: CARD SLASH! SUPER EVOLUTION PLUG-IN S!! LET'S OPEN THE FINAL DIGITAL GATE!!

That was amazing! I thought there was no way Rika could get through all those blockers and resigned myself to her defeat, then she pulls off an insane anime level move to win. I didn't even know the blue plugin had that unblockable effect, just thought it gave jamming.

this was such a cool match! it feels especially good to see that Rika came so far in this tournament compared to her performance in EX2

I must say, that last move made me laugh. Very much classic Rika. She didn’t even need to digivolve her Renamon. A fine end to the tournament. Makes you wonder what the next set will bring.

That was amazing the way that Xros Heart took the lead so earlier on was so bad ass but Rika & her partner Renamon was able not to just clinch the match but the same time both decks where able to keep each other on their toes like this what I miss about card matchs so exciting to see who will come out on top thank you so much Rustmarrow you're all right 👍😎. That match had me on the edge of my seat! Xros had me scared, but my girl Rika pulled through.

When I heard The Biggest Dreamer start playing. I felt that. Honestly this makes me more exicted for ex02, even if I have to wait for BT-10 for miko mode sakauyamon

I run a Sakuyamon deck (just ordered two JPN b10 boxes) and I was so stoked to see this play! Though now I’m DEFINITELY going to be looking into that Xros deck build

I think this is the tournament I enjoyed the most even if I was cheering this time for Mikey the plug in strategy is just powerful, that was a great closure Match I imagine the end like if there was just Rika and Miko mode surrounded by the xross hearts team and just after a quick card slash Miko mode run at hi speed dodging the xross hearts members and de-digivolving to renamon just to poke Mikey's head in sign of defeat

I have been waiting for this deck ever since Renamon first came out in the TCG. Now that I see this. I WILL BE RUNNING THIS DECK THE SECOND BT10 DROPS FOR ENGLISH RELEASE! Sorry got a little excited there.

Im somewhat sad that Xross Heart didn't get it in the end, but I got to give it up to Rikka and the option.dek. It has a lot of power and toolbox, and it feels nice to see it do well. Great work as always, and a very good job this tournament showcasing all the decks. Now the only question: Will you revisit Justimon Vs Beelzemon and hopefully see our hero win against the Duelist of Finality. This is mostly a joke. I figure it would be cool, and this plays into your love of Justimon, but I know neither deck really got much this set. I guess a better option may be to try figuring out an opponent for the Canonweissmon strategy. But I do understand not going for that.

And so the reign of Sakuyamon remains persistent.

One question, since dorulom had the -3 security from holy flame, and then you digi crossed did that make that effect go away the same dna digivolving does? If not then X5’s piercing effect shouldn’t have gone through for a security check as piercing doesn’t ignore the minus security checks. Didn’t change the outcome either way lol but just curious.

An in the UPSET OF THE SUMMER, RIKA takes it! While she may have originally lost to Takato in the Biggest Dreamer Cup, you can't deny the girl has some skill in her. Still, good display from everyone involved in this tourney, and I bet we'll be seeing Xros Heart, Blue Flare, Twilight and the Bagra Army more often now they've been introduced, right Rust?

I was super hyped about this match up I was rooting for Rika, however I do have a question as much as I want to see a rematch between her and takuto I feel it's a miss opportunity to not have her fight Ryo who also got support in bt10 and who didn't make it into the bracket. do u have any interest in having these 2 face off in another biggest dreamer cup?

At 8:12 how did X5 hit security when he should've had security attack-2 because Derulomon already had -1 till the end of the turn?
