I learned about Howard’s show through RU-vid and specifically these calls. That led to ETM😂 but yeah I can do without the regular cast and their made up bs.

@@ABCDuwachui ya, I didn't really discover the Howard Stern show, until a few years ago, on RU-vid. Then I heard and learned to love some of the wack Packers like 🤣 crazy Alice, ETM, big 🦶👣 foot, and Hank, the 😡 angry, 😤 🍻🍷 drunken, dwarf! And crazy guests like Gilbert got fried, pat Cooper, Richard Simmons, etc. and of course the prank calls 📞 of Richard and Sal! Hell, I'm gonna listen to this again, I'm still up, and it's 4 in the morning! 😂

Actually a Realtor won’t know about 90% of these financial terms/tools. As a Loan Officer, my profession, these are terms and products we use daily (you have “by down”… it’s “buy down” as in buying down the interest rate.)… and so I’m not trying to correct you. You did an amazing job putting this long list of chaos together from Richard! And the best part is that we all know how ludicrous this list is that Richard is going on about… But when I heard this bit for the first time , I almost passed out from laughing so hard! This is brilliant and thanks for posting it for us to SEE how ridiculous it is!! 😂😂
