This way they cut onions and tomatoes is amazing. These people are real professionals. If they were in California they would be in demand as cooks in open kitchen restaurants, where customers could see the skill of the cooks. A lot of money.

Interesting, the video started with a guy chopping onions by hand. And how long does that take? maybe one to two hours or longer...Imagine if they invested in an electric food processor how much time and money they would save! Another funny scene, all the oil buckets were chained-locked. It must be a valuable commodity. I feeel sorry for the guy who has to chop the serrono peppers.
