Yes definitely there are a lot of paper work before non b visa which will be done by your company . It’s not you who will be preparing those documents. But yes while applying visa you have to get those documents from company and attach some from your side . They do hire expats, there is no discrimination kind of thing. But yeah every country give first priority to their people and then international people. But if you have a good expertise and good amount of experience they will definitely hire you (depending on market, requirement and for sure covid situation now a days)
