Sir, i was quite sure i wanted to opt for derma or optha, mainly for its work life balance( no inclination towards any particular branch).And after neet pg results i know that i will not get derma, but can get Ms optha from good colleges of west bengal.But while researching many faculties of the department itself has said that there are very few job oppurtunities,specially kind of negligible in govt sector, and from the background which i come from, i can't spend crores on early setup.So im really confused regardind what should i do and it will be really great if u share your insights regarding this.
@@Riya-si4vr though i should not say but the attitude in few of seniors are quite dismal. Go to sushruta and disha eye hospitals. See ur self.Can go to my hospital in asansol. See urself how great are the opportunities for the people. I myself in corporate job for last 10 years and doing well with 0 rupee investment and 1000 + private OPD per month
For fresh ophthal graduate, most common salary offered is 60k to 90k . Ghanta kuch milta hai. Retina and lasik surgeons are being hired for only 24LPA. Other surgeons earn twice as much. Radio toh 3x hai Engineers and MBA earn 24lpa at age of 25 buddy

Rajasthan ke rajmes ke govt medical colleges mein SR, assistant professor ki salary puch lena . @@i2keepitrealInreseach I posted earlier also it is now not an end branch in complete sense, though you can come into practice if u have a good coneect, investment, clinical and surgical expertise post surgeries. Post PG experience gives upper hands in corporate
