Dandelion tea is good for us and for dogs. Lilac sugar and lilac syrup is so nice. Mint jelly was my grandmothers favorite. She was straight from ireland. And a history of witches,druids which mainly were healers. The other side of my family the black side from Trinidad had obeyan women. Also witches or healers. So many fruits,veggies,plants,flowers,nuts and seeds and water to learn about for medicinal and just comforting purposes. Mustard seeds into mustard poltices for colds and bronchial infections.
