Thank you for bringing us inside the Monster Museum, Derek. That place is so well done. I would spend a long time in there digesting all the history of the monsters that they have posted on the plaques. The Halloween Museum is fantastic too. I think I have a lot of that stuff in my collection too…as do you! I'm glad that I could give you some ideas of things to see and do during yiur trip later this month. I'm not sure if I'll be in Salem during those dates. I have other plans on that Thursday or Friday and a Halloween party to go to on that Saturday. I do plan on being in town on Sunday the 29th and Tuesday the 31st but you will be gone. That Monster Museum was so cool. I always look forward to seeing all the decorated houses in Salem. I love how they get into the spirit so Halloween. I have watched a few programs about haunted places, and Rockafellas has come up in a few of them. When I heard it mentioned, I was like hey I know that place! Lol.. Yes. I have been told by Rockafellas employees that they have actually experienced paranormal activity there in that building. I havent seen any ghosts. As I'm heading back to Salem for Halloween it's always fun to watch your videos prior to the trip. It's a countdown before the chaos begins 😂 I don't know how people manage to try and drive into Salem . This is why I stay in Boston and take the train/bus there

Working my way through all of D Tour’s Salem on October videos! So fun! I’m curious what the major differences are between count Orlock’s nightmare gallery and the monster museum? Not asking which is “better” (that’s totally subjective) but for those who have been to both, in what ways would you say they are different?
Count Orlocks has actual characters from movies. Intellectual Properties based on movies. Monster Museum has just Generic Monsters. Both are cool but Orlocks have better and more well known creatures.

So you need to download the Salem App and it tells you when everything is open and when everything is sold out! Its a very helpful tool.. And if I were you I'd get to Salem by 9am-930am at the latest any day this weekend cause parking will fill up by like 10am. Hope to see you. And definitely get the mall pizza. Its soooo good. And no line like at Flying Saucer Pizza🎃

I’m usually parked by like 730am on Halloween but I also meet friends for breakfast first. I wouldn’t wait too long to arrive. Maybe be in Salem by 9am.
