So I had this sales call for my gym today and believe it or not here is how it went. The end result I refused to sell to the client and helped her understand that what she was looking for wasn't us. Now you may ask why I would do this, why didn't I get the sale.. Simply, my number 1 rule of sales is to sell the solution and if we are not the solution for that client and their needs, never pressure them as it only equals pain for me later down the track. I hope this helps other gym owners and anyone looking into joining a gym who may be scared.
