It is the only department of the company which is on profit side in bookkeeping, all other departments are on debit side, all the products the company manufactures, it sells all the products in the market and earns money, sales department is the most important part of the company of . The part that runs the company.
Sales Department Functions
1) Appointment of a distributor,
2) To control/take care of all the activities of the dealer with a view to sales,
3) conducting market surveys,
4) Launching a new product in the market
5) Route 40 to 50 shopkeepers covering all the shopkeepers in the village and the city,
6) setting goals,
7) accomplishing the goal,
8) Collection of payment from dealer through cheque/RTGS/online etc.
9) Compilation of competitive data to be submitted to the Company,
10) DSR Filling / Working on Android Application,
11) Increasing the distribution in the gap area
12) Providing estimated records for next year's production planning etc.
बिक्री विभाग
यह कंपनी का एकमात्र विभाग है जो बहीखाता पद्धति में लाभ के पक्ष में है, अन्य सभी विभाग डेबिट पक्ष पर हैं, कंपनी द्वारा निर्मित सभी उत्पाद बाजार में सभी उत्पादों को बेचते हैं और पैसा कमाते हैं, बिक्री विभाग सबसे महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है कंपनी की. वह हिस्सा जो कंपनी चलाता है।
बिक्री विभाग के कार्य
1) वितरक की नियुक्ति,
2) बिक्री की दृष्टि से डीलर की सभी गतिविधियों को नियंत्रित/देखभाल करने के लिए,
3) बाजार सर्वेक्षण करना,
4) बाजार में एक नया उत्पाद लॉन्च करना
5) गांव और शहर के सभी दुकानदारों को कवर करने वाले 40 से 50 दुकानदारों को रूट करें,
6) लक्ष्य निर्धारित करना,
7) लक्ष्य पूरा करना,
8) डीलर से चेक/आरटीजीएस/ऑनलाइन आदि के माध्यम से भुगतान की वसूली।
9) कंपनी को प्रस्तुत किए जाने वाले प्रतिस्पर्धी डेटा का संकलन,
10) डीएसआर भरना / एंड्रॉइड एप्लिकेशन पर काम करना,
11) गैप एरिया में वितरण बढ़ाना
12) अगले वर्ष की उत्पादन योजना आदि के लिए अनुमानित रिकॉर्ड उपलब्ध कराना।
