Thanks for this video, excellent explanation. Perhaps I missed this in the video, but how do OWD's figure into territory management? For example, if my OWD on the Opportunity object is 'Public Read/Write', but while setting up territory management I stipulate that users in a territory CANNOT access Opportunities they do not own in within their territory, is this going to override my 'Public Read/Write' setting? My OWD is basically saying that any user (with the proper read, edit object access) can view any Opportunities, but will this Territory Setting now render that moot? I think I remember reading somewhere that in the event you have one of these security contradictions in Salesforce, the system takes whatever is the most open of the options, so would that mean that my OWD renders my territory settings moot?
