I have a skin prone to acne skin and sensitive skin. I will share the things has worked for me in managing it. I reduced my consumption of sugar and cooked at my own house with healthy foods. I also ate nut varieties, seed varieties, and fresh coconut to keep cool. I tried to stay relaxed and not worry excessively. I used sunscreen and cleansed my face twice with litleeextra riceberyy face wash. I changed my pillowcase every two days. I always put up my hair and had lots of water. I avoided contacting my face too much. I stuck to my routine without skipping a day.

That depends on what brand you are using

It depends on the concentration of Salicylic acid in the product. 1% Salicylic acid would be fine. BTW it exfoliates but gently. It's good for everyday use. If you have never used Salicylic acid before then you might get breakouts (so many). Its either Purging or Irritation. If you're getting breakouts on new areas where you never got breakouts before, Stop using the product.

@@kanhiyalaljanyani4542 6-8 weeks or even upto 12 weeks to start noticing results. You can use accordingly to your dermatologist because everyone's skin is different. I tried Salicylic acid cleanser from derma co and broke out with cystic acne. So I recommend getting it prescribed from a dermatologist.

True salicylic helped me to clear my white heads. I had too many whiteheads it cleared in 2 weeks and after that I never had whiteheads but I still use this twice a week. But it doesn't help with acne I keep on getting acne all the time. Now I'll try benzoyl let's see if it will help me clear the acne as well..❤

For last 3 months i am deadly suffering from pus filled acne.. it gives too much pain...i have changed 2 dermatologist in last these months..but their recommended fash washes..creams and tablets didn't work for me..even my skin is now in a very bad condition..that i am afraid to consult other dermatologist...both recommend Salisylic acid based face wash..so as you said i am going to give a try to bezoyl peroxide...and will share my feed back soon..

Hi Shreya, Acne can be due to many underlying causes, like PCOD, Thyroid, and so on. Acne treatment once started can take about 6-9 months also to improve. Wherein right blood investigations are needed to cure it completely. We recommend you to consult the qualified dermatologist and floor the treatment plan as suggested for at least 4-6 months to see results.

@@Shelbydrich i totally stopped using any fash wash or cream.. because the condition of my face was very terrible..so i didn't want to make it worst...what i used only is dermaco salicylic acid based serum..and it worked for me pretty good...i still have acne prone skin and those pus filled acne on my face..but this serum reduced it 70-80%

First get yourself evaluated for hormonal issues which are a cause of resistant and recurrent acne. Treatments include medications, chemical peels or lasers depending on the severity of acne.

Kyunki adult age mein aakar hamari skin excess oil chorhna start kar deti hai. Jese Jin jinke ye naak par dikkat hoti hai pustules ki toh unke naak par zada oil aata hai. So oil ke kaaran hota hai and ye apne aap hi theek hoti hai dikkat jub hum ek certain age par phonch jaate hai. Mein aapko suggest karunga ki aap koi antibiotics ya steroids mat lena coz usse thode din Tak farak rahega but fir dobara nikalni start ho jaayenge. Eske alawa aap cream Vegera use kar sakte ho. Ek benzoyl paraoxide aati hai cream 2.5% vaali Lena zada vaali mat lena coz zada percentage vaali thoda reaction Vegera kar sakti hai jese itching Vegera ya skin redness. Chemist se kehna benzoyl paraoxide 2.5% vaali Dena. Ye Jo benzoyl paraoxide ye aap shaam ko lagana or ek or tube hai uska naam hai facelinX ye aap subah ya dopeher ko lagana. Or yaad rahe ye dono creams laga kar bahar dhoop mein mat jaana. Ye aapki dikkat ko rokega nahi but jo pustules ho rakhe hote hai usko jaldi se theek kar deta hai. Kehne ka matlab jub bhi pustules ho toh ye 2 creams laga Lena or vo pustules 1 ya 2 din mein theek kar deti hai. Baaki ye pustules apne aap hi nikalne band ho jaayenge jub aap ek certain age tak phoncho ge. Baaki ye 2 creams laga Lena jub bhi koi pustules nikle ye jaldi heal kar deti hai creams. Or ye creams ko poore face pe mat lagana jaha jaha pustules hai bas vaha vaha dot dot se lagana. Es tareeke se lagana ki Jo pustule hai vo ache se cover ho jaaye cream ke under.👍. Jo benzoyl paraoxide 2.5% hai vo shaam ko laga Lena or FacelinX hai vo subah ya dopeher ko laga Lena.. Mein Benzoyl paraoxide raat ko laga kar so jaata hu or Jo FacelinX hai vo mein din mein laga leta hu👍

Bro i used isotretinoin capsule name isotroin it gives me scars on my whole face icepick so I suggest u to not take isotretinoin capsule .. i also suggest u that no cream apply on face just get up morning and apply your morning sliva on face and just do 30 min meditation daily .. seriously u ll thank me later

Adapalene is a retinoid and can work on whiteheads black heads and pimples. Mam currently I am using 2% salicylic acid serum along with 5% niacinamide serum but I did not see any result on my face. I still have acne on my face what should I do now mam please suggest me should I opt for using benzoyl peroxide or not. very informative video 👍thanks for sharing. 😊 as you mention benzoyl peroxide will used as a spot treatment so benzoyl peroxide facewash will also used only on spot orapply on full face ?? 2nd question is i have open pores uneven skin acne marks dull complextion and cystic acne. cystic acne is controlled now due to medication but sometimes few cystic acne occured so what i should apply on rest of my face which will work on my open pores dark spots and on marks.
