the song was an empowerment to kids who are bullied and ignored. We see the kid in the video grow up and getting abused and ignored, but on the inside he's a badass, waiting for his chance but reserving himself. Then we see him get older and while all of his bullies are deadbeats he has the guts to fight a war, so what this song is trying to say is that the real badass is the one who endures suffering while the wimp is the one too weak to contain his wrathful pride. i think the song is kind of lyrically silly but it gives a good message.
A video game? Serious? how much this generation surprises me. What about boxing, marksmanship, building & creating... Or the ultimate... Being literally untouchable, fierce yet gentle to hold your own. Now THAT my friend... IS a bad ass.
As my family says I am like a train it takes a so much to knock me down much I am almost unstoppable and mom played this song saying this is how I am a true life badass
I've been listening to Saliva for nine years now. I think they're a great rock band, certainly underappreciated, but the thing that's always disappointed me is that they don't have enough songs like this: Badass, Click Click Boom, Pride, etc. Their last two albums have been mainly comprised of songs that either take a while to get going or are just kind of slow overall. They have the talent to bust out and rock, but it hasn't been the case lately. Still good songs, but
Oh, then I apologize. I do have a few tips though, if you already know these, that's good. 1. Always keep your guard up, like a boxer does. 2. When you're in a fight, fight dirty. Kick them in the nads, pull their hair, throw sand, spit in their face, kick them in the shin, etc. 3. If you need to defend yourself, it's not about winning, it's about not losing. Once you've managed to get the opponent down, run. I'm not saying you can't fight, I'm just trying to help. Have a good
No. You're not a badass. You're overcompensating for your infinitesimal ego by by proclaiming a false positive and inadvertently applying it to yourself. Fool.
Just got back from OHIO BIKE WEEK in Sandusky, Ohio. Saliva played tonight. Ok. if you call it that. It was all music off their older albums. good. I bought their new album and I wanted to hear more off their new album "Under Your Skin" Which I found to to an awesome album, until tonight when I heard two tracks off of it and it was most likely the ones I skipped! I wanted to hear BADASS and Better Days...NOPE!! I now see why kids/people download these albums for free and share with EVERYONE LOL
actually i'm here because of the spike awards and darth vader, who won the ultimate villain award and this song was playing in the background. he is a badass
This gem is wicked and lives up to the name as holy smokes it motivates me to smash my goals and become the most badass version of myself that I could be. Saliva is a rad band that got their success fair and square and more of their work is hopefully acknowledged as they rock hard. Whenever I need motivation to change my life for the better I know the band to come to :)
The music and beat and the clarity are great. If you have to tell people you are a badass, you prolly ain't. He is not talking about himself, he talking about some WWE wrassler. Maybe Haystacks Calhoun. that's right before your time. Rock it. America's best band.
Fact there are only about 187,891 US Marines give or take. There are 450,000 US Army Soldiers give or take. 325,563 in the US Navy give or take and 309,339 Air Force members give or take. Yeah Marines are badass what can we say.
At the end of 2011, after 15 years with the band, Josey Scott had decided to leave the band to pursue a solo Christian music career.[11] While initially unsure if the band would continue on,[12] in early January 2012 it was announced that Bobby Amaru has joined Saliva as the new vocalist.[13]
