Seeing this clip after a very long time! Still sad to this day about her death! RIP! Salman’s intro was to the point; Sridevi’s reply was short, sweet and succinct as always! Always humble enough to give credit to others: directors, the script, the story! Never ever said yes it was “me” who carried the film!! On this occasion she chose to speak about her mum and her daughters! I donot think there will be another Sridevi! Only 80-90s generation and those who grew watching her movies and reading the filmi magazines prevalent then will know the the true star power of the Diva! Kajol, Juhi, Rani, Vidhya Balan are true fans including Salman, Akshay and Karan Johar! You could see Vidya’s reaction and then there were ppl like Neetu Singh in the audience- a smile could have been better; anyways!
