Salmon & Asparagus Pasta .  

Salmon and Asparagus Pasta .
A delicious quick to cook ,creamy ,pasta dish .
I spotted the Lemon Farfalle in ‎@Lidl Italian Week .
I thought it would pair well with this dish .
I buy whole salmon when it's on offer . Then I vacpack and freeze the fillets. This means I can poach the fillets in the bag .
I used both double cream and cream cheese in this recipe but if you don't have both just use one .
The final squeeze of lemon and twist of black pepper finish the dish off beautifully .
Please use fresh parsley in this as it adds well strangely enough a freshness .
