Salmon burger - unconventional, but very tasty!
Products for the sauce:
- 200 g of Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. coarse mustard
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 cloves of garlic
For one burger:
- a brioche bun
- ~100 g of salmon (shaped into a round or whole fillet, 1-1.5 cm thick)
- mayonnaise
- green salad (lettuce, iceberg, Chinese cabbage)
- a tomato slice
- a knob of butter
- ground black pepper
- salt
