Im moving to Sweden soon and have multiple questions about fishing in Skone, maybe someone can answer here: 1) Can I fish rivers in areas not listed in iFske? 2) How do swedes go about small lakes, ponds and ditches not listed in iFiske? Seems like every inch of land is private. 3) Sometimes there are farm (electric/barbwire) fences right up to the water. Where I come from we have a law that prohibits blocking any body of water. If I hop the fence to fish, will I get shot at or called cops on?
As freshwater on that area is scarce, for a lack of a better word, maybe it could be wiser just to focus on the Oresund? I did hope to tap into plentiful swedish pike, but now it seems i will have to switch to salt. I prefer to fish often and close to home and oresund will be a walking/biking distance and short drive from Kullaberg, which looks exciting. I have no experiene w sea trout, but that seems low effort to do: about 10km from my location rocky beaches with kelp start, to it's viable for daily 2-3h sessions.
