Salmon Run at Creek Street, Ketchikan Alaska 

It's quite fascinating to watch the journey that salmon endure as they return to their spawning ground, lay eggs and die. Also to learn about the changes that happen to them to prepare for their migration from freshwater to the ocean, and how they find their way back to the riverbed where they were born, after swimming in the ocean for 3-5 years.
