Beautiful rendition in her own way, specially at a live performance! Although I don't like to compare, however when it comes to a song like this, for those who are hearing this the first time, I would urge to not miss listening to the original rendition by Asha Bhosle ji...the way she had pronounced the different words, with the adequate expression and melody, is just out of the world!! Asha's rendition is almost like listening to a story having different instances, feelings and even a climax....her divine voice and unmatched singing style have just made it even more priceless!
@@ankushseth4721 If you had read my comment properly, you would find that I had already said, Kaushiki had rendered it beautifully in her own way. But as it's not a song originally sung by her and considering the fact that Asha Bhosle's out of the world rendition had made this composition timeless and unforgettable, some kind of comparison is bound to come whenever any other singer sings this composition.
Admiration and that alongwith Worship are two different things, specially in the field of art & culture. So, while we can or should admire all the great talents that are there in this field, not everyone has to worship them at the same level. To each their own (more in case of songs which were previously rendered and made immortal by others)..
Kaushiki Ji made it seem effortless! But this piece is actually very tricky.... Hats off! Also a big shout out to the harmonium player @tanmay deochake ji. The sweet notes he played made the piece more exciting! The tabla player made a huge contribution in making of the piece! Overall a masterpiece!
Kaushiki didi is absolutely divine. Mata Saraswati herself sings in didi’s voice. Only few female artists have been blessed to this level in India. She is definitely in top 5.
