I've tried to make this copycat receipe several times and the batter keeps falling off the shrimp and other times the shrimp aren't spicy enough. I'm suspecting my oil isn't hot enough. Also, I'll try sauteeing the shrimp with the Thai chilli after I deep fry them. What a process! Lol 😄
