It's just ridiculous how low-key his skill is. Nothing super flashy - not doing fast flip kickoffs, wave dashes, flip resets, and other such mechanical skills. But his ball control is absurd, and his ability to read anybody like a book... I can't fathom why he retired. His consistency is flat out amazing.

But I had many times fun with a clown scarab and ended up from trolling to playing actually better then Octane, because in the end the fun matters

Looking back at this video is exactly why I strive to play like Leth. He’s such a big threat to people because of his ability to adapt to how you play. And using the scarab i think was a way for him to get into FK’s head and also have fun with something these players seem to take extremely serious. It threw FirstKiller off his game and just look at how Leth responded. He’s not the most mechanical or fastest, he’s just extremely extremely smart and I truly believe he is the best player in the world. Just because of that 1 strength that not a lot of people have. Plus he’s just so humble and down to earth. Man is definitely my idol in RL and life in general.

Although it has been only a year+ since this game was played, it already feels like old gold watching it again. I think First has become even a different animal since then, with the 3s experience on First and friends.

It's so easy to forget that Leth is legitimately one of the best players in the world when you watch his RU-vid content. Weird maps, crazy set ups, and then his laughter as he nearly dies from mirth. Then we watch him decisively take down what most consider to be the top 1s player in NA, and he did it.... casually? I don't want to say it was easy, but for him, it almost appeared to be.

The stats won't show it, but I truly believe leth is the best rocket league player of all time. His ability to adapt and dictate the flow of every game is psychotic. His mechanics are so calculated, and he plays a game with his opponents that goes way beyond the game we're seeing on our screens.

What did we just witness... I was absolutely glued to the screen and had Canadian goosebumps all over from the moment that Leth took game 3, what a rollercoaster and what a rush. Massive respect to both players, in this match Leth's experience and composure led him to victory, First simply wasn't able to play his normal style because of Leth's constant pressure. I haven't been this invested in a match since Flakes' gauntlet run in the MN5K. Thanks Johnny for providing us all with top quality content!

First killer: full sweat 1s main, only plays 1s all day. Leth: Makes RU-vid videos every day, streams, creates dozens of workshop maps, is a coach for Mouse. Barely plays 1v1 and doesn't take the game serious until First got salty. Still wins. OMEGALUL. First is clearly overrated. NA just has barely any good 1s players.

Le Kidderface you saw first basically play fairy here. They play exactly the same, except fairy is a more efficient scorer and dribbler. Leth does the same he just boxes you in longer before scoring.

I was almost heartbroken when leth was kinda messing around having fun. I enjoyed it but it wasn't what i was expecting but then the salt...oooh the salt makes everything taste so so much better. First didn't start playing bad, it's just that leth's play style isn't really what people get used to. He's extremely adaptable and has a very high IQ when it comes to challenges and attacks. If an approach isn't working, he starts to change how he plays. Changes his kickoffs, changes how he faces the ball, and also changes how he takes challenges. First is also extremely good which is why he's at the top. Don't discredit First, he's up there for a reason. This series did not disappoint :)

Leth: I may be the clown, but you are the entire circus! That being said What... A... Series. I LOVE that leth is capable of just wanting to have fun and able to bring it to someone undefeated in the same series. That Rainbow Scarab had me geeked, then he goes on for the reverse sweep. I just wish he could have done it in the scarab, it would have been icing on the cake. At any rate, I think it's safe to say the Lethamyr is the most efficient miner of salt in the entire competition. edit: Also Leth: "I'll pay $100 for fun please." But sure, if you want to cover it, please do!
