Salt offers a truly exceptional dining atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a sleek, modern design with warm lighting that creates a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The open kitchen concept allows diners to watch the chefs in action, adding an exciting dynamic to the dining experience. The seating is comfortable, and the tables are well-spaced, providing a sense of intimacy without feeling crowded.
The cuisine at Salt is a delightful fusion of contemporary and classic flavors. Each dish is beautifully presented, reflecting the restaurant's attention to detail and culinary artistry. The menu is diverse, offering a range of options for different palates. Highlights include the seared scallops with a citrus beurre blanc, the slow-cooked beef short rib with truffle mash, and the innovative vegetarian tasting menu that even carnivores will love.
While most dishes are outstanding, a couple of items fell just short of perfection. The lobster bisque, though flavorful, was slightly too salty for my taste, and the dessert menu, while delicious, could benefit from a few more options.
