I made them just now and they taste amazing!! at first the salted egg mixture started to curdle on me so i had to start over and i think it was because my heat was too high but once i finished, they tasted soo good!

kxy kxy Hi, you can store in the fridge for a day or two, but the texture is crunchy only on the day itself. Thus it's best consumed the same day you bake it :)
