Better catching for you than my last trip there but I went summertime. Nice depth off water once tide is in. Always enjoy fishing there. Would have thought cod would show but seems they have fell out with Norfolk. Dew yew keepa troshin Bor.
The fishing in daylight during the summer seemed particularly hard work this year. Heard rumours of Cod being caught on the north Norfolk coast when I went to Salthouse but alas no. No Bass either, disappointing . Enjoyed it anyway. Thanks for the comments.
Just discovered your channel and keen to spy out all the marks along the Suffolk coast. I do like your format and your video quality is great. I look forward to more from your channel. Having got back to fishing after many years myself about 2 years ago, I have been gathering knowledge and tackle ever since. I still couldn't tell the difference or put a name to various rigs, but as long as there's hooks and bait at the end of them - the fish don't care anyway. Tight lines sir! 🎣🐟🐟🐟

Many years ago, I used to be a crab fisherman going out from Weybourne. Off Salthouse there is a gravel & pebble bar. At low tide there is about 2ft of water above it. It's about 200 yards out.
