Salting 80pcs of African Giant snail for processing into Smoked Snail - OG Farmers Market PHC 

In this video, we use salt to kill 80 pieces of African Giant Snail for processing. Using salt reduces the slime drastically, making it easier to bring snails out of their shells. We are using our smoking kiln to smoke the snail for delivery.
