9:07 i've had this bug so many times, its strange how it works. its kinda like revive in RNG where you headshot someone and they fall and get back up without taking damage. for some reason with snipers, if you shoot them the frame before they roll, it deals no damage. One reason why it occurs might be wearing glitched or modded outfits. I know with the revive thing its because of a glitched headgear and mask.

21:49 yeah even on PS4 you can't zoom with a scope in a heli. I haven't been able to zoom since the Tuners update. I tried filing a rockstar support bug ticket and they replied with the typical "restart PS4" reply. I replied back and they said try changing the settings. THAT DOESN'T HELP. I can't change settings to zoom. I can only do that with movement while aiming.....Rockstar seriously.

As far as I know, you get a "friend boost" from having them on your friend list. Believe you get some damage reduction against them so thats why you weren't one shotting each other no BST.

The reason why sewsh isn’t 1 hitting people very often is because he doesn’t have a muzzle. I’m unsure if you need a heavy barrel, but the muzzle somewhat stopped the 8 shot bug for me. I hope this was helpful for anyone. I also like your videos and your crazy laugh!👍🏻👍🏻🔥🔥
