This was a really good series on TV I wish the team would make more

duplex pump. Steam chest and cylinders to use for engine conversion. (pump is removed, crank and rods, are fitted.), to retro fit, Vehicals of similar nature.

The thing is you guys this tv program is aimed at the people that don,t know a lot about steam or restorations i have just restored my sentinel and all the work was pretty straight forward, again it makes good veiwing

Who knows, maybe when motorfuels get too dear, we'll see steam lorries and steam busses again.

Clean the boiler, using washing soda, and water in a tank, by use of electic currant, and a Sacrifishal steel anode.

The Middleton Railway in Leeds made a brand new firebox and I think maybe entire boiler for their Y3 sentinel, so its easy not hard to make one.

Clearly they chose to ignore the boiler works that were still operating when this series was made, that was just outside Keighley
