The Salvation Army gets grants, local and nation government funding (depending on the country) and donations from people who donate for purposes and building such as these. No public money goes to this.

@tartandaddy It's primary purpose is for the High Council, but not exclusively, its used as a conference center all other times, part of Sunbury court.
