Salvatore's label is represented by Ganacci - he asserts that they do everything together, implying an equal amount of work. The computer represents Salvatore's music, as it is electronically produced. Ganacci says he wants to drive, meaning the label wants more creative control over the artist's work. The negative consequences of this are demonstrated as the "music" crashes and catches on fire. In the last scene, the label, as Ganacci, proclaims that he is ok. We can interpret this to mean that even if the label destroys an artist, they will still be fine, thanks to the many other artists and income streams which will keep them afloat. 2 weeks ago l contracted the Covid 19 virus.I walked in the hospital and was placed on the ventilator 3 days later. For a week I was on the ventilator. I'm also a Registered Nurse and a veteran at that.During that time I had one on one encounter with God himself. Ok, so, of I were to understand that Salvatore Ganacci is his full name, then metaphorically, Salvatore is the current generation while Ganacci is all that came before him (hence the older age). Salvatore obviously understand modern technology/methods whereas when Ganacci takes over he crashes it… but he’s also OK because if the young and old work together, they can do anything, but if we only relied on the older ways, we would fail. Either that or his dad is stoned.
