There free ways to get traffic and listeners to your Internet radio station.
Once you have your station all set up, one of the first things you should do is list your station in the many Internet radio station directories. You can Google “Internet Radio Station Directories” and you will find them.
You should also try to get your station listed in the iTunes Internet Radio Directory. It is not easy as they have many strict rules you must adhere to. I was able to get my station listed the first time because I followed their guidelines.
Next, try printing up business cards for your radio station. You could also reach out to businesses and other organizations in your area (or beyond) letting them know that you have an Internet radio station and you would love mention them … or have them purchase ad spots on your website.
