How to stop SAM Broadcaster Pro crashing every couple of days on Windows 11. This has worked for me but your mileage may vary as every system is unique.

The fix is in the very first part of the video and I then chat about why I like using a radio play-out system to listen to music around the house.
SIMPLE SOLUTION: Use Windows 7 Compatibility Mode for the SAMBC executable.
I was starting to see SAM Broadcaster just stop working every few days where it required the processor task to be manually quit and the program be restarted. It showed random errors in the event log relating to ntdll.dll and the FLAC decoder failing. After a few errors, it would end up locking up after about an hour or so. This solution has meant that, at time of writing this description, it has been running for over four weeks!
