She threw a muscular man with ease, blitzed gale, was so fast sam wasn't able to shoot her once, when gale was attacked, and tricked gale like it was trickling a baby Quinn negs, the only reason she beat quin is because she had a gun. An extremely weakened ethan would've killed both tara and sam combined, if not for kirby. Ethan is stronger, faster, and far, far more durable. She might beat jill, yes, but charlie negs, Charlie is way stronger and faster. Both are really brutal, but i say charlie still takes this easily.
