Thank you Sam George you are speaking TRUTH. Majority of the people are not dedicated so the few who are dedicated should be put in charge to run the State Enterprises. We have the few people who can make a huge positive impact on our Country if given the chance.

Journalists should read more about how other Countries do it or did it. They used the few dedicated ones to change the mindset of the majority that is why they are successful Countries today. JOURNALISTS PLEASE READ AND ENRICH YOUR KNOWLEDGE.
We need to nurture a reading culture in Gh, not just the journalists. Most people associate reading with 'learning', as in school learning/passing exams. We have to do something about it to change that mindset.

@@ronygbo3290 Yes, and I think 'concerned' parents will have to intervene. (I don't mean just the privileged ones) We need to address that culture of "don't ask questions" with home training. That's probably why we are not the invention/innovation type. We only buy products invented by others. You cannot invent without asking questions/thinking outside the box to find answers/solutions.
Do you know that the Nkrumah administration was not selling gold before he got what he needed for the country. The mighty mind of Nkrumah hooded gold in the vault from the floor to the ceiling and used it as a guarantor for anything he wanted for the country. Even our ancient ancestors like the Chief of Dankyira Nana Boa Amponsem was exhibiting his gold vault to his European friends and they gave him anything he wanted and he paid them later. Ghana had a lot of gold bars in the vault located at the flagstaff house,but Afrifa looted everything and took them to his village and built himself a new community and that was the days of Ghana.
