Amen! Absolutely right. I'm sick of hearing people talk about "church buildings" and how nobody needs to go to one and how they're all bad... When the Bible clearly teaches otherwise. In fact the Bible is so clear about this if you don't live around a good church, it's probably God's will for you to move somewhere where there is one.
Or maybe start one? I am not judging anyone on this, but I will quote here a verse from Hebrews that makes it sound like the later it gets and the closer we get to the rapture that we should be in church more. I consider myself blessed to have a good local church to attend. I hope if you don’t that you may be able to find one or at least start assembling together in a Bible study that someday could become a church with a God called pastor/teacher. I remain humble in what I am saying and am not judging anyone who can’t find a kjv church with relatively straight doctrine, and straight all the way on the most important issues, for they can be hard to find. There can be a famine for hearing the words of God because there are not many churches preaching and teaching kjv Bible with straight doctrine these days.But moving or starting a Bible study where you are that could become a church one day are legimate options. Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD: And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it.
@@timchess2313amen brother. Thank you posting good content and your stand. I live in Lansing Michigan. About 5 mi away from Parker memorial Baptist Church. (You have some videos from there). I attend Walker Bible Baptist Church. Parker seems to be the best one in Lansing but God has me here for the time being. The local church is still God's design for the New testament believer and I'm thankful for good, New testament churches trying to win the lost, make disciples, edify the saints.. teach and preach the word of God.. send missionaries.. and so on. It still works!!
Been to a Bible believing church my whole life. I am now questioning what in the world are we doing? Scripturally , rightly divided of course, what is a God ordained pastor? I mean even a bishop has qualifiers, as does a deacon. So you can check off the list to see if you are “ordained” , no? But a pastor? I see no list, or call. What I see is a man who becomes a local Baptist “pope”. Worshiped and adored.
