I am in my late 70s I am just fascinated with this young man first heard him on the voice he gets my vote.

This guy is like music composer, tone master, DJ, beatboxer, singer, sound engineer and several other shit i can't think of... packed in one body. One needs to have several lifetimes to catch him. True natural talent.

As a dj from the 1980’s that understands soundboards, this guy is amazing. He is amazing. Guitar players like SRV are great because of what they do with the knobs. This guy is on fire with what he does. AMAZING!

Sam is indeed amazing. He had me at "When Does Cry" on the Voice. Vocal Looping Has been around for years. Check out the LOOPSTATION Battles or Jimmy Falon & Billie Joel performing using an Ipad App Called "Loopy". VoiceLive is another decent hardware solution if you think you have what it takes. I think why Sam is so successful, is he is the first to bring it to the mainstream along with his ability to Remake/Remix covers of popular songs. Also, winning the "Voice Au" was no small feat and definitely helped shine a light on him and the art of Vocal looping. We are amazed at the intricate techniques and knowing that there are not many people in the world able to rise to this level and perform with such ease. Most vocal looping done by the "Masters" started and grew from Beatboxing and tends to stay within a few Genres of music based on "Drum and Bass" or "2-Step (Garage)". Both of which, unless you are from England or other select European countries, hasn't made it to the mainstream and remained. Technology and ingenuity paved the way to allow for these amazing performers to grow and hone there craft. If you appreciate Sam, and not yet heard of the amazing acapella group "Pentatonix" do yourself a favor and check them out. I think you will appreciate the art of making amazing music with just voice. If you like Country Music (Not a Fan) or want more examples of vocal excellence, I would also recommend an acapella group called "Home Free" (I am a Fan). I appreciate excellence in whatever form it takes, whether I am a fan of the medium or style or not. Sam is awesome and has his own style. His stage presence and the ease of performing super difficult and highly technical drum patterns and instrumentation using only his voice is truly Awesome! Sam has a Star quality about him and I really hope he goes far. I am definitely a fan, I wish him the best in his career!!

honestly the coolest fucking thing i ever heard with my ears and witnessed with my eyes.

I was vacantly staring at his shirt for the whole video, focusing mainly on hearing infinite incredibleness happening through this human. It took around the 7 minute mark, for me to realize what my eyes were actually seeing LOLOL. I've been literally watching hamish and andy for two weeks straight, completely immersed, and today was a day off, yet they still magically found a way to happen at me, in a totally unsuspecting way. What actual unintentional ninjas they apparently are :') Made me laugh out loud :p So truly then, literally everything about this performance, video, experience etc was pure perfection.
