Sam, don’t worry I get that all the time. When I’m stressed like you I wake up dizzy. All it is, is an inner ear imbalance and if you shut your eyes and stay upright it eventually passes. When it settles look up for 5 secs and down for 5 secs (and repeat) and then it stabilises. Xx
Update: Having finished the pod, I have deduced that Sam didn't have vertigo or tonsillitis 😂 . I'm going to have to side with Sam here, you know. Vertigo is honestly horrific! It's not just dizziness, you completely lose your balance, your composure, your ability to walk and talk in some cases. It's frightening. Especially if you've never had it before. It's like being on a boat, in rough sea & trying to walk in a straight line.
