Appreciate that -- it was nice to get a bit of redemption from that blowout loss to Auburn in Fayetteville last season, and we definitely LOVE having T Will as a DC. His energy and tenaciousness is absolutely contagious with his defense, and I graduated high school in 2004 when he was a key part of that undefeated Auburn team which SHOULD'VE been in the BCS Championship game (and probably would've won too). Grateful for an always tough road win at Jordan Hare.
Thanks man. Tough to win on the road. Y’all have great fans and a great football atmosphere. Even though we had all those TO’s, we couldn’t capitalize on them.
@BMD2024 I kinda agree, but not all the turnovers were gimmes. At least 2 were forced by good defense and the others were them just giving us this ball. WPS!!!
@@coltonharris5279 - the more concerning is that we didn't capitalize off them, we should have been at 30pts by half. And our FG kicker situation is alarming as well. I just don't believe we have improved the last (2) games. I thought against OSU, even though it was a lose we had made great strides and would get better going forward. WPS.......and I guess I don't need to" look a gift horse in the mouth"
Pittman made the right call not pushing it at the end of the half. Take a lead into halftime. A turnover leading to an Auburn TD would have been devastating.... Coach managed the game properly today. WPS!
That was the hardest hitting game I've saw all season Arkansas dominated this game! huge win nothing is given week to week in SEC everything can change keep moving forward getting better learning how to win.
We finally didn't get hosed @ Auburn. Big win for the team. Way to go Defense and TWill. It was ugly but it was a win. This team needed it. The only thing that would have made it better was if Methzoo would have lost to Vandy. Happy for Pittman too.
Instead of criticizing I'm just happy with the win and congratulate coach Pittman, the team and the coaches on beating Auburn, who desperately needed to lose to us!!
I have a concern. Hogfans, when a team kicks off to us, our players are running away from the ball thinking it's going to be a touchback...there has been some close calls where the ball barely went into the endzone...I hope this doesn't come back to bite us. A win is a win
I would love to have a barbecue, have Mr pitman sitting on my porch eating barbecue and drinking a beer, he's so easy to listen to and enjoy what he has
Great job players and coaches,, I do feel Ramsey is very suspect. Overall this is a good win I will say some of our fans will BITCH if we won a national championship
what's funny is Brian Harrison was criticized for his recruiting but Auburn beat cow and Arkansas last year but now with two seasons under Hugh freeze he's lost both of them games embarrassingly at home were last year they won on the road how can you justify that ?
Actually, Sam needs to keep his ideas out of Bobby Petrino’s offense, Bobby Petrino would not have let the clock run out by taking a knee in the first half Bobby Petrino would’ve scored on that last possession in the second half
This I agree and disagree. If the team has a good defense I would knee it, and if the team is being run through I would go for a touchdown. On that occasion I would just play it safe and take the lead into the 2 half
Yeah and throw a pick! Then you would say Pittman needs to go for that decision. He made the right one and you still have something to say. Just be quiet
One step at a time. Promising outlook is satisfying for me this year. Excellent staff and I feel they will only get better from here. Gotta learn to drive before you become an F1 driver. Steps in the right direction.
@@majortomsdmf1 he oversees what he wants his team to look like and do. You obviously weren’t listening when he said he told the DC all week how he wanted to stop auburn! Some people don’t think about what they say.. they just say it. 🤦🏾♂️
I see Texas A&M, Mississippi State & Louisiana Tech as should wins on the 2024 schedule. Not much after that. I think the Sam fans that are so happy for him need to hope for more than those six wins. Petrino is the reason for the change in this year's team. Not sleepy Sam. I will be glad when Pittman packs his bags to leave Fayetteville.
C’mon. Last year the offense was dismal and it was Sam’s fault for hiring Enos. Now he hires Petrino and all of a sudden Sam gets no credit for that? Can’t have it both ways.
@@rogerthompson8420 The offense was terrible last year because the offensive line was terrible. The offensive line was still terrible after Enos was fired. Pittman cannot motivate a football team. That is a fatal flaw in a head football coach at this level.
@@tonypriddy1645 Will not get another 10 win season in the next 30 years with Pittman. Tennessee had blew chunks for 15 years after Phillip Fulmer was fired. Look where Josh Heupel now has Tennessee? Tennessee has to do a lot of out of state recruiting for talent just like Arkansas. Petrino even once turned Arkansas into a powerhouse. Arkansas needs a good coach after settling for three bad ones in a row.
@@jamesglover3604 Sorry I hurt your feelings over Sam. However the losses ahead this season may well do him in. You should prepare for the very worst. I know that will be painful for you.
Happy for the win but that pass on the FG at the end of the game was ridiculous...don't care if we were up by 10 scores, you still play the game. Classic Pittman. Pathetic.
