@@brianahightower1304 You just know that it happens all the time when talking to companies on the phone for her. You just know that there must be random low level employees galore that have called her that by accident because they didn't hear it clearly when someone says her name.
Scam motherfukkin Rai-gul! HAHAHAHA I havent like that in a long while. Sam just keeps doing us like this and we dont know anymore, if we're ever knew, we're just along for the ride!
@@jamescanjuggle I don't blame you, lol. Jerma985 did a stream where the premise was that he was holding a contest/talent show where the winner would be the next Jerma when he retires. He hired a bunch of actors to participate in the stream, one of which being the same guy who pretends to be Sam Riegel. The reason we're calling him Jerma is because, at the end of said stream, that actor was the one who won the fake "who will replace Jerma?" contest. For the complete context, I suggest you just watch the last 15 minutes of the stream I'm talking about.
@@riverseverywhere This. She ONE HUNDRED PERCENT dropped into her Breaking New Persona. I wouldn't be surprised if she was in on it, but what makes it even better is her particular character's arc. She's in sheer "Imposter Mode" Panic.
He's Ryan Manuel, an actor/voice actor, that's why they were all surprised by his appearance. Someone said it in another video but glad that this bit was about this. Gave everyone who's watching a surprise as well XD
Do we know if the cast knew Ryan before this? I'm sure Sam was probably a director on a show Ryan was in, but I'm just curious to know if they knew him.
Jerma confirmed next guest slot on CR Campaign 3, he's excited to play a race that matches his true size (halfling with Reduce spell permanently cast on him)
I wish they gave a shout out to this guy, it would have been so cool and we'll deserved. Edit: apparently his name is Ryan Manuel and the dude is in his 50s. He was also in a bit for a twitch guy. named Jerma
@@Reubenhater I can't remember the exact name, but it was something like "who will be the next Jerma". Idk ut was a really cool live event in a theatre
when jerma walked in in place of sam i lost it. great bit, but i can't believe they actually let him cameo as i've heard he's notoriously difficult to work with. not to mention the effort of pulling off those lord of the rings camera tricks live on stream to make him appear normal-sized. really cool though!
Ryan is so good at impressions from both his jerma appearance and this you can see he really nails some of the little details and I just assumed he was similar to jerma but now I know he's just good at what he does lmao
I think that's the crazy part. Sam Řîęğėł never just reads the ad copy, he always put on some absurd, elaborate bit. But this time, the lack of a bit _was_ the bit!
I was hoping that it was another eldermancy brew but the letters don't add up to quip. Also...Melissa, we've known each other for years is now the funniest ad bit ever.
You know how some people are unrecognizable when they shave? Sam Seagal is definitely one of those people. I mean Sam has known Trevor for years and even he didn't recognize him!
I think it was a "shot of Olestra", a low calorie cooking oil substitute/food additive that could have unfortunate digestive side effects en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olestra
My question is: How many of them knew the switch was going to happen? There appears to be a script for a few of the cast members to go off of, but I can't tell if any of them actually knew about the switch. The end of the quip sponsor bit really feels like everyone was in on it, but the reactions leading up to it seemed mostly genuine
As far as I understand, they have a teleprompter to read from and Sam writes what's on the prompter before the show, with nobody else knowing what's going to come up.
@@CactusPuppy that's basically how I've come to understand it as well. They have what theyre supposed to say in front of them, but basically don't know any of what's actually going to happen.
It's freakishly scary how he perfectly captured Sam's way of speaking. If you didn't look at the screen, he could pass as a hoarse Sam and nobody would even question it.
One of those bits where sometimes I think they were all in on it, but other times they looked just as clueless so I'm not really sure who actually knew what
